1. Order Processing
Payment Verification: All orders are processed after payment has been successfully verified.
Business Days: Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time (PST), excluding major U.S. postal holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 05:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) (GMT-08:00) will begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will also be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered securely. Our primary carriers include:
- USPS
- DHL
- EMS
- Local Postal Services (for final mile delivery where applicable)
3. Shipping Options, Costs, and Delivery Times
We currently ship only within the Continental United States.
To estimate your order’s arrival date, please add the handling time to the transit time.

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is processed and shipped (typically within 1-3 business days), you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. If you don’t see this email in your primary inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Please allow 3-7 days for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system after you receive the confirmation email.
- If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, or if the tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Genxprint is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the reshipment fee.
6. Special and Customized Orders
For personalized items or custom prints, additional processing time may be required for our design and production teams. The specific timeframe depends on the complexity of the customization. We will communicate any significant extensions beyond our standard handling time.
7. Shipping Limitations
We DO NOT currently ship to the following locations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- International destinations (any location outside the Continental United States)
