1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
2. How to Initiate a Return

When you contact us, please provide the following information to help us process your request quickly:
- Your full name (as it appears on the order)
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue (e.g., wrong item, damaged, defective)
- Clear photos or a video illustrating the problem, especially for damaged or defective items
- Your preference: whether you would like a replacement or a refund
3. Conditions for Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is not a sale item. Only regularly priced items are eligible for return.
- The item is in its original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags still attached.
- The item is accompanied by the proof of purchase (e.g., your order number or purchase confirmation email).
4. Customer Responsibility for Order Accuracy
We encourage you to carefully review your order details before completing your purchase. Genxprint is not responsible for customer errors, including but not limited to:
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical mistakes in customization requests.
- Poor quality or low-resolution of original images provided by the customer for custom products.
- Mistakes in ordering, such as choosing the wrong size, color, or product.
Returns requested due to these types of customer errors may not be eligible for a free replacement or refund and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are simple and free for all approved returns.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Other Approved Returns: Return shipping is also free for all other eligible returns. You will not be charged for shipping an approved item back to us.
6. Return and Refund Procedure
- Approval and Label: Once your return request is approved, our support team will email you a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) you are returning. Please include a printout of your purchase confirmation email or a note with your order number inside the package.
- Ship Your Package: Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location.
- Inspection and Processing: Once our warehouse receives your returned package, we will send you an email confirmation. We will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
- Refunds: If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
- Replacements: If a replacement is approved, we will ship the new item to you and provide tracking information via email.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items.
- Items that are not in their original condition (i.e., have been washed, worn, or had tags removed).
- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.
- Items returned outside the 30-day return window.
8. Exchange
We are not accepting exchanges on new items at this time, so please choose your products carefully, ensuring you select the correct size and color.
