This policy outlines the procedures for canceling or changing an order at Genxprint, operated by Ramin Yaganeh LLC. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to process orders very quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible. Because of this, our window for making changes is time-sensitive.
Please review the following guidelines carefully before placing your order.
1. Cancellation & Modification Window
You have a 4-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation or modification. All times are based on the time of purchase recorded in the Pacific Time (PT) zone.
We process orders quickly to ensure prompt fulfillment. Once an order passes this 4-hour window, it enters the production and shipping pipeline and can no longer be changed or canceled.
2. How to Request a Change or Cancellation
To request a change or cancellation within the 4-hour window, you must contact our customer support team immediately through one of the following methods:

When you contact us, please provide your order number and the specific details of your request (e.g., “Cancel entire order,” “Change size from M to L,” or “Update shipping address”).
3. Requests Made After the 4-Hour Window
If your request to cancel or modify your order is received after the 4-hour window has passed, we cannot guarantee that the change can be made.
If your order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. In this situation, you may follow the guidelines in our Return Policy to initiate a return once you receive the package. Please note that returns are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in that policy.
4. Delivery Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Genxprint, operated by Ramin Yaganeh LLC, is not responsible for shipping delays, failed deliveries, or other issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because the address was undeliverable, you may be responsible for the additional shipping fees required to reship the order to a corrected address. Our support team will contact you in such cases to arrange for reshipment.
